Short answer:

The chance to get it is 0.0990425883% (so almost 0.1%)

Long answer:

Black Inteligence has the ID 36602 and is only included in [ServerFolderPath]\[ServerFolderName]\Workshop\Steam\content\304930\2898548949\A6 Polaris\Bundles\Spawns\Spawns\Frost_Intel\Frost_Intel.dat

So its (3/3029)*100 which is almost 0.1%

The Spawn_ID 36105 is not included in any other table so this is a final table.

I just tested it on my server with a weight of 300000 and reduced the others and can definitely confirm that this table is for zombie drops in Intelligence and every normal item spawn in Intelligence.

I only did this because I know where to look, because that's what I did for Elver Map for the mesh spawns (used to make filters). Mesh is really very rare in elver's default configuration and the dead zone is just incredible. My friend and I wanted to have some better mesh spawn rates on our private server, so I increased them a bit. ^^
