Crossbow comes with a 6x scope, and you can put a 12x/20x scope on it too. And tactical attachments, like a grip, or bayonet, or flashlight.

well the compound can have the exact same attachments, I'm just wondering if there is a power difference between them

I think the Crossbow is a longer range.

Crossbow has Faster Reload Time than the Compound Bow. But same Damage, They are both 99 dmg

There are 3 types of bows, Compound Bow, Long Bow and Crossbow. For rarity, Crossbow is the most rare bow. Second is the compound, then longbow is a common. All Bows requires Arrows which can be crafted easily by sticks and nails. Crossbow and Compound Bow can be equipped by different scopes and different items. Crossbow comes with 6x zoom scope but you can change and use other scopes, same with compound bow.

I don't know if I can agree with that declaration of rarity Lockjaw, by the time I had found my first compound bow, I'd already found more than 7 crossbows.

Compound feels more legit, I don't have much experience with either, but it just feels so right,

I just found 3 crossbows in the whole game and by that im sure i found nearly 10 compound bows.. maybe you're GOLD acc. or maybe my luck is just a shame :/. But im 100% sure that Crossbow has faster Reload TIme.
