How to make respawn point?

Is there a way to make like a bed where if you die you respawn there or something. I looked at a guide and all I saw is a sleeping bag is that it? All answers are appreciated ;p

You can either use a sleeping bag or a cot

Yeah, in THEORY the cot and sleeping bag are supposed to serve as respawn points from what I understand but I've never had it work for me.

After you've placed it you have to press "F" on it in order to CLAIM the Respawn point!!!

Actually, I can, You will find either of the two, and you place them.
You will then claim them, and you will respawn at them everytime you die, much like beds in Minecraft.

5 Scrap Metal + 8 Cloth = 1 Cot
7 Cloth + 2 Duct Tape = 1 Sleeping Bag

Cot: More health than sleeping bag, harder to destroy (by zombies as well as players).
Sleeping bag: Easier to make on-the-go, better camouflage, easier to destroy.

After placing, press F with your dot on it.

Yeah, even with my cot claimed I still am not respawning at it. It might be out of whack due to me having two beds claimed simultaneously one one point. Even after fixing that though I still end up respawning on the other side of the map. Oh well.
