Any way i can disable fullscreen without going in the game?

So i got the game and decided to change windowed to something else... but when i tried changing it the game automatically accepts the options and now im stuck with a black screen whenever i try to even run the game. Is there a way to change the fullscreen option without going in the game? Try 2 things:

Go into the game and hold CTRL on your keyboard, then hit enter... that may push it back into fullscreen.

or

Hold Shift when launching the game from Steam. In some unity engine games that will enable "safe mode",

These may not work, but it's the best I got right now ;-)

LOL, I seriously got that wrong... meant ALT + Enter instead of CTRL + Enter...
I really need to start getting more sleep...
