Is there even a console? As far as I know only source and GoldScr have that.

How to activate a console:
1. Turn on TV
2. Switch to a channel that shows other non-TV things
3. Press the power button of your console
4. Tada

How to open console in some games:
1. Press a combination of buttons, and in some games the chat is the console
2. Tada

The reason I think there is a console is because I went on the workshop and some items have "item Id's"
