Whats the green windmill thing on the status bar

Ok for once I dont die right away and actually manage to get some stuff, even keep myself fed and watered but then the green bar starts going down and for teh life of me I cant figure out what it actually is. it hits 0 and my health goes into freefall... what is theh green bar, what do I nee dto do to keep it high, there doesnt seem to be any explaination in the game

Take meds, use antibiotics, cough syrup, purification tablets, and vaccines, if it reaches below 50% it will begin going down automatically so you need to have a few meds on hand

I think it's the radiation bar, eating and drinking low quality items brings it down as well as zombies hitting you

It is a radiation/infection bar. When zombies attack you it goes down, when you eat bad food it goes down, and when you enter a deadzone (Radiation zone) it goes down. Once it reaches zero your health starts to drain until you fill it back up or die. You can fill it up with vaccines which are craftable or you can find them easily at Scorpion 7 or other Biohazard locations. You can also eat antibiotics and other medicines in bottles to fill it back up. Crushed Indigo berries are also super good for filling it back up, restoring health, food, and water.

That's not a green windmill, that's a green radiation symbol. It appears when you're in a deadzone. So GTFO OF THERE BECAUSE YOUR IMMUNITY (the green bar) WILL GO DOWN AND THAT'S A BAD THING.

ok pretty much got it now.. dont eat/drink anything thats not got a green number. btw does loot respawn in single player? I only get one seed off a vegetable and one vegatable off a plant

Yes, they respawn after many minutes if you went away

Yes, they respawn after many minutes if you went away

well actually things respawn whenever you go to another area, so you can just keep hopping between two areas to get all the specific loot you need, i do this between the farms so i can get lots of farming material

It could also be these radiation zones like in Yukon where your radiation bar goes down fairly quickly!?

it stands for many things, the green icon means radiation but that bar means actually how much health u have regarding = radiation from hazards like the ufo, sickness from bad food, bacteries from bad water, zombie virus from bites. to keep it good im not expert but i know almost all medication works like antibacteria cough syrup pills, and also crushed indigo berries. once its down a part it will keep going down so u need to find solution fast
