Hello, let's talk about hacks for Unturned. Untill some hours ago, I never believed that hacks for Unturned existed, but then something strange happened.

On Russia, me and a friend of mine got shot in a metal boarded APC, very fast, and in the head.we were stunned, thinking it was a lag issue or something, but then, when we started speaking about this, the player who shot us started lying, as we had gotten out of the vehicle. Something was not right. The admin then said he had to go eat, and after 20 minutes, we see that the player who had killed us, and another new one, got banned.

This startled me, so I've decided to see those hacks for myself. After 10 minutes of searching, I was able to find myself some hacks, in the meantime, my friend set up a private server and got a couple of more players around. Nobody wanted to try the hacks, fearing the VAC, and after 10 minutes I've decided to take one for the team.

I've downloaded the hacks, followed the installation instructions, and there I was on the server, ready to do some research. First we've decided to recreate the APC event. It prooved that indeed a hack was used, but I wanted to go further.

I've started messing around with it, and listing everything I could, I managed to find out what my hack can do:

ESP(shows players, items, vehicles, etc, to a set distance)
Aimbot(locks onto players on to a set distance, being able to ignore admins, and players that have been set as friends, also it can use the gun's maximum range)
Time hacks: can make it day,night, rainy, snow, military Night vision, civilian night vision.
No recoil/spread and autofire(autofire makes every gun fire like a Bulldog with an Adaptive Chambering mounted)
Stamina/fuel hacks(refills fuel/stamina, but those were making the character laggy)
Item autopick(can be toggled to pick certain items)


So what can be done about it? From what I know, I can tell, I'm not a software engineer, but here's what I can provide: it includes a moddified Engine.unity file and another . unity file, whose name I can't remember.

If any moderators will require the download, I will provide it IN A PRIVATE ENVIRONMENT, SO IT CANNOT SPREAD THIS EASILY.

As of now, the hack is deleted from my PC, but still, VAC might decide my experiment as punishable, so I've decided to post this story, so that a solution to this can be found, and in case of a VAC Ban(God Forbid that), Unturned Staff members can hopefully help me to have it removed.

sadly its easy. the matter of the fact is. nelson doesn't care about cheats. i have private knowledge because of a hacker who has contact with nelson himself.

nelson himself coded a stamina hack last year during halloween to christmas. the assembly files between nelsons and unturneds were different; in the stamina stat.

First off in regards to the VAC as long as the server was unprotected you're fine as VAC only protects on servers that have it.
Secondly i honestly doubt this will end up helping if anything the opposite effect is gonna end up happening but who knows.

nelsons anti cheat doesn't work. sven (creator of rocket mod) did however make a decision to make it that if you're account is "suspicious" (meaning its a limited account - they haven't bought anything on steam above 5$) cannot join most servers, but this could be disabled in the server config.

i think he's talking about VAC but then again that's not owned by Nelson that's Valve's Anti-Cheat Software

But it's their anti cheat right? as stated in about VAC page if there's a hack that haven't been added to the database then you should report it and website that is disturbing the hack
