I think the other seattle-size city is St. Petersburg as well, since I have a map (probably outdated by at least 5 years anyway, but still) and it shows Moscow and St. Petersburg as the biggest cities by a bit of population, St. Petersburg being a bit bigger than the rest

Same size. As there is currently no map size bigger than large (Unless you still have a map with "insane" size).
