If you place a claim flag over someone's base will they be able to salvage it anymore?

I think the first claim flag (assuming it is there) will prevent another one from being placed within range. Otherwise, that would be kind of broken. Oh crap, just realized you can place a claim flag out of range of another claim flag but could have the effects overlap. Wonder how that gets resolved.

Now, if you claim flag another person's base that doesn't have one, then no, they wouldn't be able to build or salvage the base, even though they did make it.

G Wricky has an old raid video thay did exactly that. After the claim flat was destroyed, they built a small hut on top of the guy's base and put their own claim flag on it.

He WILL be able to salvage the stuff he built, claim flags are used to protect your own base or if you wanna be a derp and halt someone's process od building a base.
