Large metal plate probably two as well
The new precision charges should be doing the same damage, but only to the thing it is attached, too. But based on my experience, thatvthing is bad... It is better to use just ordinary charges.
If you have a metal room with a vault door, you might as well blast the walls, since the vault door has the same HP as the metal walls.
Except for the vault doors, all doors have just a bit fewer HP than walls made of the same material. Roofs and floors have the highest HP for their material type, which means a metal floor or roof will be the hardest to bust as opposed to a metal wall.
It just pays to research stuff by either checking the wiki, or if you are 'hacker enough' check the game files.
I was actually impressed a bit that Nelson balanced out the structure HP that way, making entry point covers (doors, shutters, hatches, etc) have less HP than the surrounding structure (of the same material).
The worst experience I had was someone raiding my base with a Honeybadger with one mag.
