1. "People with endgame loot can annahilate you with tanks" - what you say here is correct people with endgame loot should be able to destroy you. The tanks thing is perfectly normal and balanced (because finding ammo isn't that easy and a nate instantly kills you inside a tank).
2. The experience thing: i had the same discussion with a friend of mine (but about experience being to weak. Because dying takes half of EVERY skill which is HUGE. It make you strong... very strong but with great risks: do i maxs all my skills or just the ones i really need and save the rest?.
3. You can't possibly blame him for bugs. Being a programmer myself it is very very hard to get rid of every bug. Nelson is one hell of a guy updating every friday implementing new things. Ofc new things bring new bugs.
4. You know you have servers where structures have different hp.
I can agree with the rest but i dont really know what you mean by 7.
You can always go back to those 'triple A' games that are over hyped and pushed on everyone else as if it was the next best thing that would be idiotic and unthinkable to miss.
Or you can marvel at the fact that this game was made entirely by a teenager that played on the early version of Roblox and is now one of the top downloaded Steam games around.
This is not a massive development team man, and noor does he get a decent amount of funding. your expectations of haveing things perfect and great are simply to mutch. anyway, i'll like you to do that same and do better.
could you? i'm thinking not.
1. But you don't understand about it, you should be able to atleast defend yourself somehow, but how i find it. It is near the impossible. Tanks arent balanced at all, you can just armor it with metal plates and it is just a metal driving fortress, armor the driver windows and then use 3rd person and then a big advantage.
2. Experience thing is just too unfair, but them being too weak, i guess thats why he added "classes". + the only thing i max is cardio, exercise, all spec ops skills, crafting and survival, i only loose my xp when i die by pvp, i barely even die by anything else
3. Logically being a programmer you should fix bugs and not add more stuff, then add more stuff fix those bugs. You get the idea
4. Im not talking about structure hp, im saying it about the c4 area of effect it breaches through walls. Which means you cant barricade your base with extra plates.
7. Means in english: Internet cuts out for 1 sec, thats it you disconnect, the server doesnt wait for your reconnection it just disconnects you no matter what.
Thats the thing man. He should most bugs before adding more stuff. Quality > Quantity
I know there is a lot of work that needs to be done. Hell, I'd absolutely love it if he improved the crafting menu and put in a new tutorial showing some of the really helpful features newbies still don't know about, even after 50-80+ hours of gameplay, but the fact he plays tests the thing and still gives weekly updates, and has such a following, while not burnt out big as hell is absolutely miraculous. Usual games like this die in short order, since other things butt in, or the developer wants to do something else.
Nelson has been at this for years, and actually reads stuff on this forum. I think he knows what he should be doing so he keeps his income flowing... so.. you know, he pays his bills and whatnot.
