How do you get more fuel once you've exhausted a fuel tank's fuel reserves?

fuel tanks auto fill up after a while and regenerate you can change the rate of it in map settings.

1. make an oil derrick/pump jack to extract oil from dirt/sand. make sure you have a generator, 3 gas cans to power it, and at least 4 pump jacks to get oil after you refill the generator.
2. spawn gas cans with gas in them. just type @give itemid# which i think is 28 for gas cans, not too sure check on the wiki for that
3. siphon them from other vehicles that do have gas in them
4. flinstone that mother trucker and just go barefoot
5. spawn a car with gas in it

Correction: Oil Derricks are supporting every type of surface, it came after about 2 updates leter after adding the Oil Derrick.
