Seats switch

Well whe i try to switch the seats in a vehicle it dosen't work i have laptop and the "f-"keys have alternative functions,exemple f-9 for lower volume,so can anyone help me?

Holy the "FN" key at the bottom of your keyboard while pressing the "F_" key
