Helicopters & Boat spawns...

Okay so i've been looking all over the (PEI) map and i can't find a Helicopter i have found a few jetskis. Shouldn't there be atleast one chopper on the map? because i've been to the military bases and airports and there is no plane or chopper please help.

The floatplane spawns at the island with the two story house. Oultons isle, is it?

Thats the castle island i'm playing right now its... courtin isle but no i couldn't find the floatplane it's just a jetski.

More vehicles spawn when others are destroyed, demolish all vehicles you don't want.

Ok :P will it spawn randomly while i'm playing or do i have to go out and go back into the game?

Loot respawns when you re-enter the game, I'm not sure vehicles work the same as they have different spawn settings.

It'll respawn while playing.
