What is better to use for storage

I want to know what is better, Lockers or metal counters? (Yes I know wardrobes are best that's not the point)

if you use a car better lockers on it and in a base metal wardorbes most storage and the hp is same

Yes but I have annoying people saying counters are the best because of scrap over slot or some crap. So I wanted to know the community answer.

If I say for fact that metal counters are the best storage why still ask which is better?

And no, you need more metal per inventory slot for wardrobes than you do counters

Wardrobes are the best when it comes to storage but they suck when it comes to room in your base. 4 lockers are better than one wardrobe

If you want ease of access and as compact a storage you can get, Rifle Racks or Plaques are the best (both are functionally the same, but look different).

Wood racks or plaques are best for storage of large amounts of 'unimportant' items, espeically of 1 slot or 2 slot items. Metal Rifle Racks or Metal Plaques are best for items you want to keep secure, but at ready access that is a ctrl + F away.

Wooden Rifle Racks or Plaques only require one scrap metal worth of metal bars, but you need a blowtorch and some skill to do this. Once you get a blowtorch and the skill, you can easily craft a bunch of low security racks or plaques as a compact and easy storage solution, as you'd only need easy to access wood for the rest of the materials.
(saw and axe/chainsaw required, but you should get those ASAP regardless)

Best storage slot to scrap metal usage ratio item is the metal counter. It may or may not win any interior design awards, but it is the optimal thing to use if resources are tight.

Kinda, yeah. Though, Metal Rifle Racks or Metal Plaques (depending on preference) if scrap isn't an issue, and you want item dispensers for 1 or 2 slot sized items (3-4 slot items get awkward). The amount of items you can store on a wall can get truely absurd when using either of those.

I can't go back; I need a plaque wall area for my medical supplies now. I don't want to hunt through things to find items.

Pine crate is the best; has 4 slots less then a locker but it's space is organized so that you can store 4 rifles in it (in loker u can store max 3).

Plus you only need pine and not so much skills, and if they find ur base and have the power to break walls, usually they can crush lockers too so avoid comments like
"everyone can access crates" etc..

And btw only safe base is a hidden base. Point on armor as your base strenght and you will be raided. Again.
