Also worth knowing, is the mobile (M) version of these cards are NOT the same as the regular versions. I have seen people complaining of the 960M NOT doing things my normal 960 does without even trying.

Well I understand that.
I would choose 970m, because the 3gb. 2gb is too little for the now days, most titles end up using more.
Is that supposed to be a pro? /s
