can't craft saw !

No need. The game isn't ultra detailed when it comes to that. Just 2 metal sheets, each made from 2 scrap.

i never really bothered crafting the Saw cause more often I'd find one in one of the many Campsites that are in Unturned which does help make stuff from this mod pack http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=749043081 as the storage buildings take 16 sticks of any Wood type so having a saw makes building those a lot faster.
