This is so primed for a 'In Soviet Russia...' joke.

Basically Military items are dropped in what is usually Ranger loot areas on other maps, while Ranger loot is dropped at Military locations... except for the knives and clothing.

Millitary Knifes still spawn @ the millitary base. I was able to find some.

Yeah, that's what I was trying to say, the knives aren't changed (nor the clothing), but the class of guns and their ammo are swapped. Ranger guns and ammo is less rare than Military guns and ammo in Russia.

But the Hind's HMG ammo requires Low Caliber Military Ammo, which makes an Unturned veteran player think it will be easy to get, until they realize they'd likely have to raid the abandoned Coalition base in the Deadzone to even hope to get a ready supply of it; or keep raiding tiny pockets of 'Ranger' spawn points scattered throughout the huge map.
