White Paint for Liberator

[Dictator Maffu]

I went to the hardware store in St. Petersburg and got my white paint, but after I made my way all the way back to the Liberator, I realized it didn't give me the paint.. I went back to the store and there's no paint, or anywhere in my inventory.. And I also can't find an id for white paint, so I can't use cheats to give myself it.. Is there any way I can get my paint without restarting?..

It automatically counts in that you got it. Just go to the liberator thingy on the top and paint it.

What Liberator thingy are you talking about because I have the same issue.
