Industrial Gas Can?!
Am I reading this right?
"Added Industrial Gas Can"

Gah! I'm 8+ hours away from my computer, and can't find out until later tonight. If this is as good as it sounds, it would help a lot in keeping my second Industrial Generator going; which is powering part of St. Petersburg, including most of the subway.

Would this mean I don't need to bring like 6-8 gas cans and 2 full portable generators, and a full Ural truck to fill up most of my off-site generator?! :steamhappy:

Oh yeah, and would mean that admins cheating in fuel doesn't need a dozen and a half gas cans to full stuff.

What would this mean for the buildable Fuel Tank? A portable generator holds almost as much (holding 5 gas cans worth, with a portable generator holding 4), and it is bulky as heck. For an Industrial Gas Can to be... 'industrial sized', it would have to be somewhat along those sizes.

I hope it isn't 3x3. That'd make putting it in plaques or rifle racks impossible. (I used those heavily for a sorted storage system)

(And no, I can't just write a simple posts, it has to be a page long. :steammocking:)

ID is 1440. I know you are a legit Hard Difficulty player, so this is info just for the rest.
The update news had this listed.
So for the people that paid attention would, they’d already know; along with the few that area really into documenting the ID list.

But yeah, I can see Admins and whatnot using that as the go-to spawned in fuel source.
Also, I’ve notice that the Industrial Gas Can does only fill up an Industrial Generator by about 12%; which I already said before, and did the math on, goes against what I thought was the fuel capacity for the Industrial Generator.

Damn it Unturned Wiki, you’re info is out of date again!:steamfacepalm:
I checked out the game files for the values and found the Industrial Generator has a fuel capacity of 20,000 and a (normal) Gas Can has 500. So the capacity is 40 Gas Can's worth of fuel, and explains why one Industrial Gas Can fills it up by 12% (or more accurately 12.5%, or 1/8th).

Some guy even said the capacity correction in the comments of the wiki page months ago, but no one corrected the trivia about it.

Anyway, the math shows you just need to use 8 Industrial Gas Cans on an Industrial Generator, as opposed to 40 Gas Cans on an Industrial Generator; which makes filling the generator a lot easier.
