Why does like 60% of the players hack?

Ive played for 4 hours with 5 other friends on battle eye and VAC secure servers. But we always find people who shot at us when we arent peaking and stuff like that. Its not that we are bad, we play FPS games like 99% of the time n stuff.

Many players cheat in fps games for many reason beacause they maybe are Angry that others are better then, them or they simply are just trying to get easy loot like in Unturned mostly cheaters are just trying to get easy acces to weapons and recources for my self i've been active on csgo Overwatch and have seen alot of cheaters and mostly they had teammates who keept dem in the game and mostly cheaters are doing Boost services for money so lower ranked players with less skill get a higher rank even tho that makes the just play worse in the higher ranks due to the Experienced players just crap on him but that's just my explination why and sorry for my bad english ( And sometimes if you stumble across a cheater just Report them in csgo or go directly to their profile and select the game and simply explain what kind of cheats he is using for example walls,Aimbot,spinbot. and more, people will never stop cheating but Vac is trying their best to Improve your experience playing without cheaters)

But they dont use them since we killed them once and they had nothing that was night vision

Then they probably just turned up their monitor's gamma like the other guy said. Quite a few people cheat in this game, but not everyone that kills you is a cheater
