HELP, SOULCRYSTAL ROOM NOT OPENING

whenever i go to the wall in front of the room and i type Anastasia in local chat it dosnt open, and i have everything from the quest ( the skull, bones and treasure) is it becuse im on singleplayer or what

Ok so, The update didnt fix the door no matter what i do or where i go Day Time Night time Diffculty settings from hard to easy, Pvp PVE, FullMoon Having horde becons, Reading ASntasia note on mt, Using cheats, Not using Cheats, using lan server or singleplayer or non lan server, custom config settings, default config settings Glitching Thorugh, Even tho it gets me through it wont let me use te soul crystal, Deleting russia map, reupdating game to use it NOTHING IS WORKING PLEASE HELP ME
