Also, you need a good wifi for GeForce Now, and there's an added input lag (because it's not your PC that's running it, it's the servers), add it to the server lag and it's not ideal for PvP. Also, it's like you're watching a stream, so if for some reasons the bitrate of the stream become low, you wouldn't be able to see enemies that well (still for PvP).
I don't think the performance are equal to a RTX 3090, from the benchmark I've seen it's a bit worse than a RTX 3060 Ti, but still decent for the 10€ monthly subscription.
The downside is that you're heavily dependant on the NVIDIA servers. If there are too many people playing games on GeForce Now (or their servers are heavily used for unknown reasons), you will experience some problem while playing your game. If you only play PvE / solo, or don't care about those problem (or you can't buy a PC that can run the game), then it could be a good idea, but I think it's possible to find a cheap used gaming PCs able to run the game well (except right now because, you know, GPU shortages).
(also, if your PC is so old or your internet is so bad that you can't even watch a video/a twitch stream well, it won't work)
