How to create a server now?

I want to play with my wife, and no one else. How can I do it?

You are allowed to post a link but as of the last update that will no longer work
you have to create it like this https://unturned.info/Server%20Hosting/ServerHosting/

Hosting dedicated servers using client files has been deprecated since June 2019.
Please use the standalone dedicated server app ID 1110390 available through SteamCMD instead.

You can make in LAN server so nobody outside your network can join
