RAM always helps. With Unturned I think t would help quite a bit, since 4 GB minimum is needed for Russia, so if you wanna play insane maps like The Driftless, then you would probably need more RAM for it to run well.

I getting 60 to 70 fps so how much will i get with more ram?

I'd get 16GB, RAM is cheap enough anyway and I'd say any PC being used mainly for games should have 16GB.

I wouldn't say RAM would help with FPS too much, but it's more for stability and making the game load faster and not crash

It helps if you're lacking in other areas, I.E if you don't have enough VRAM it'll dump a lot of that on your RAM. Not ideal, but better than nothing.

I use 16Gb DDR3 (2400) and 6Gb Vram. no dips below 60 FPS in over a month, even with latest updates.

this is just plain wrong, ram ONLY helps if you are needing more than you have. 3/4 gb is the same as 3/8 gb

my advice is look on the task manager and see if your ram is maxed out if it is - consider getting more ram OR close unessasary programs if you run a lot of windows at the same time. if its not don't bother 4 gb is just fine for unturned if its lagging its FPS you need a better video card most of the time.

for unturned you don't need more than 8gb of ram. 4gb is min for Russia, but theres bigger maps that requires more.

no more, ram wont help

Just talking about RAM is useless if we dont have your specs. You could by 2x128GB RAMs. But with a DuaCore E4400 and some old INtel HD exracted and glued onto your mainboard it wont even work at all. And if you have a 32BIt system...have fun with anything above 4GB.
