this is just plain wrong, ram ONLY helps if you are needing more than you have. 3/4 gb is the same as 3/8 gb
my advice is look on the task manager and see if your ram is maxed out if it is - consider getting more ram OR close unessasary programs if you run a lot of windows at the same time. if its not don't bother 4 gb is just fine for unturned if its lagging its FPS you need a better video card most of the time.

not even - i run games like fallout 4 with 8gb just fine currently 4-8 gb is the standard.
