Anywhere were military zombies spawn, so volk, silo, ocasionally metro, thomas, ect.

if you are speaking of the Russia map, Moscow, Zavod and Volk militray base are always good. In the deadzone there is usually high capacity Ranger ammo but not usually. To my knowledge, no towns except for Moscow have any ammo except for Civilian ammo.
