Unturned Linux Dedicated Server stuck at Loading Level 100%

So I tried hosting unturned on my spare Azure VPS for unturned. It has 2GB ram for one server. Originally for me and my brother to play on with players that could probably join during our gameplay. But I hit the deadend and have no idea to fix it. I followed the Server Hosting guide from Github and no idea. If anyone wants, I could post a picture about it. I believe its supposed to be not stuck and I should be able to put commands. Its a complete vanilla server and no RocketMod.

Last I checked you can not run commands from console without rm if you use linux also come to the offical discord

its supposed to be at Loading Level 100%! If its at loading level 100% the server is up and ready to be played on. Just join using your unturned client.

No it should say something that starts with unloading something after that

And i confirmed that when it was at Loading Level 100% it was online and ready to go. Only once in a while it'll say unloading. But most of the time it stops at 100%.

Quick Tip For Servers: Don't EVER close the window to shut down the server. Just type the command "shutdown". If you close the window you might not be able to join the server anymore.
This could be your problem:
You closed out of the window
The server still says loading level 100% a little while after start-up
Because you closed the window your not able to join your server

I did try to join my server when it reached loading level at 100% but it cant find the server. I am pretty sure it doesn't need portforwarding and only needed to allow it on my firewall, although I only allowed inbound connections to 27015, I'll allow it soon on outbound connection. My minecraft server running on it works perfectly so I don't think its a portforward problem
