Found a solution! Uninstall all of your workshop mods and restart the game if it's already running.

Not for me.
Its been more than 2 days and i cant play Hawaii :(

if it says it is using a modified version of the map, chances are your mods are messing with it. Unsubscribe from unneeded mods, then make sure you delete them from your Unturned file.

Nah mate,my problem is also that if i try on SP,i get the loading screen over the actual game bug which doesnt let me play either way.

Well, all of our problems were with the game saying that it was running a modified version of the map when we tried to join a server. With your problem, I would try uninstalling it and re-installing it.

Worked,had to manually and Steamingly unistall theg ame twice in a weird order
