It's up to your opinion. Do you need flexibility and a lot of seats? APC. Need a customizable car? Makeshift. Need a lot of gas mileage? Sedan or police car. Need to get somewhere quickly? The ghost. It really depends.

I'd say the APC, its pretty fast, good on land / water, bullet proof, and can hold many people.

Just use a flipping Hummingbird. YOU CAN GET ANYWHERE WITHOUT BEING SHOT ON THE ROAD, YOU CAN STORE LOCKERS, AND IT DOESNT NEED BATTERIES. (Still checking on the battery thing):steamhappy:
