Expect much chaos and death screens.
I second this.
An actual creative mode is unnecessary; I would much rather see the game optimized.
Though apparently there aren't that very many good non-chaotic public Creative Mode servers, since no one seems able to or willing to restrict some disruptive items in the game (like the Mk. II, or equally as broken workshop items).
If you want a good Creative Mode, go over to the Unturned Rocket Mod community, and bug them on the issue as to why no one has put the effort into making a half-way-creative Creative Mode mod.
added edit:
While (someone is) there, ask them why no one has made an RP mod of any real note or merit! We have this wannabe roleplayers, and they often have crap to work with (if that), in terms of organizing and playing.
