Pickaxe location on France

[Tundra]

So,my friends and me,we are doing a little base,and now,we are going from pine to metal,so beacuse of that,we went mining on that location that idon't know the name,but,we can't find any pickaxe on the whole map and we kinda give up,so i would like to know where we can some,please?

Generally any hardware or construction site will spawn one, they have a low chance but they can spawn there

In upper right corner near Verdun there's a hole and inside spawns pickaxes/jackhammers.

They are quite frequent too. Got like 3 jackhammers from 10 runs there and almost everytime there was a pickaxe somewhere - free scrap!
