Still that game is different so I think it will be different skins and cosmetics and this Unturned will stay after Unturned 2 Pre-release(Beta ver.).
It seperates to them and this game.
But still that game(Unturned 2) it will be Free-Play

It's not wasted.

You paid money on this game, but it doesn't necessarily mean they get transferred to a new game.
