I've been having this problem too. i don't know what is causing it what so ever. i checked my windows defender, i tried to change the settings to high ping and 0 min players, i am genuinely perplexed as to why no servers show up at all. my friends are all able to join games and stuff but i cant. could it be my internet? i don't have really good internet and i run off the WiFi in my house but its not that good near my room.
hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

Doesn't this "problem" and a thread like this appears with each update? Its possibly because the update is fresh and the servers have to update as well. Wait a bit maybe?

i just installed the game and it was auto on it, dont know the different gamemodes or whatever is it but ill change it and see if that works

For me i have all the filters set to any, and it it still has nothing pop up. ill probably re-install unturned again and see if that changes anything but for now im still not getting anything for servers
