16 is overkill for gaming, but if you can get it at a reasonable price...
I run this game on raspberry pi 3.
It """"runs""""" (and we both know how well it does).
You can certainly run it, but you would not gte much done in-game.
Also you have the advantage of running Linux (which OP most likely is not, hence me being suprised).

speaking of that, get the 600 dollar pavilion gaming desktop from walmart. it comes pre-installed with a 1650 super as a GPU, 8gb of ram, some storage (i forgot how much but it isnt a lot). and it is completely upgradable meaning that like me you could stuff 1TB hardrive in it and 32gb of ram (or more). for the gpu you gotta update the power supply if you wanna upgrade the gpu but the pc runs just fine as base specs
