Any command to remove experience or levels?

Basically i gave myself a ton of xp by mistake in single-player, and i want it gone, any help?

Could just kill yourself in or near a town, respawn, tp, reloot, and then promptly fix your xp.

Pretty sure you can gove yourlsef and others negative experience. Might get some erors when overdoing it, but for the most part it ought to work.
