How to find a good survival server??

hello
When i join a server (typical kits/tpa/home/shop.....) i usually see admins with everything killing everyone.... I want to join a server with no admins (that spawn guns and kill other people), with balancecd kits and no shop (its hard to find a server without shop) and also with normal ping and good amount of players but that is impossible. Can yuo give me some good servers? washington/pei easy and of course balannced kits.

dont get me wrong i like to pvp but in "survival style". its like you are looting with the friend and you hear someone and you follow them and then kill.

Balanced kits no shop or admins that spawn stuff. (Admins are allowed to play as normal players). Just 1 thing the survival servers atm do not have that many players
