Question about arctic military clothes

On what maps do the arctic clothes spawn on (none?) because the flag on the shoulder is american and the only maps to have snow are Yukon (excluding Germany) which is canadian and with no military presence. So are the clothes only added so map creators can include them? (they are kinda neat so its a shame official maps won't have unless Nelson makes an American snowy map).

Nelson made mention that there would be two future community made maps for Unturned 3.x, he didn't say where they would take place though. This uniform may be for a future Alaska or some snowy American map. I'm only assuming this because it is only an American unform which is oddly specific, and snowy maps are rather neglected in this game. (Yukon must've left a bad taste in peoples mouths.)

We'll just have to wait and see.
