Wierd blacked out scope outline

Basically with a sniper scope in the middle is the regular scope, but on the outside it is just black. It is not like this for my friend. How do I fix it?

Great question! You have configured a setting in your graphics option that changed this. You need to go to your graphics option and set the option for "Scope Quality" to Low, Medium, High, or Ultra. Hope this helps!

i have the same thining it there but it the black outline
but it now with sniper scope it other thing when i am playing severs mod its black outline
i hope it get fixed

the exact opposite helped i needed to turn off the scope quality
