Does the Lancer spawn in Airdrops?

Don't know, I rarely check airdrops. Try going in to a single player game, do /airdrop and then spawn a Racecar (ID is 84) (using /vehicle 84) and then drive to the airdrop and see what it gives you, you might need to try this multiple times.
