these are nearly camo while giving as nearly the amount of storage as thief and its actually more common.

FUN FACT: cargo pants and thief bottoms got the same amount of storage

If you familiarize yourself with the game's .dat files, you'd be able to check this information yourself. Granted, it can potentially be slower than asking people who already know, but it can also be faster depending on your approach to them, and the answer would be less prone to getting outdated, and you can investigate alot more than just storage space.

I made a local program for sifting through this data, but I duuno where it went and it might need updating. I can tell you though that Parka isn't a valid choice if there's a military shirt of the same color. Those have similar storage and higher armor.
