Remove the 60 fps cap?

Does anyone know how to remove the 60 fps lock by chance? Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

go into display settings, there should be a setting called Vsync or something, turn that off.
but its kinda pointless if your monitor's refresh rate is capped at 60, but... whatever

why would anyone even have that on in this game cause Vsync has a tendency of delaying your button presses which for a game like this is not welcome cause you could end up having the drop on someone but due to your responses being delayed that kill you rightfully should of gotten was either stolen or you getting killed yourself by someone else.

i forgot about that, but is the difference really that much? i mean, it sounds like something the top notch gamer that has to have everything at 110% performance would use

This fixed it. Thank you for your support. :D I have a 144 hz monitor. Just wanted to get the most out of the game. :P

This fixed it. Thank you for your support. :D I have a 144 hz monitor. Just wanted to get the most out of the game. :P

Turning off the vsync is what fixed the fps cap for me. I'm not sure if it's still the same since this was first posted back in Dec 30, 2016 and the game has changed since then.

what i did was just uninstall and install again, my fps usually is 170 but i dont know what happened i got on this morning and it wasnt capped really because with super low resolutions i got over 120 but on 1920 i got around 40 fps. i dont know what caused it but i just verified the game files after uninstalling and installing again i hope this helped

you do realize if your monitor is not 60hz+ it literally does not matter what framerate it says you have its always gonna cap it at 60

if vsync caps it to 60 then its capping the fps to the limit assigned by either your monitor or your display adapter
