I have been curious for a while and searching this up on the internet did not help so what is the best set of armor in unturned?Is it spec ops or military?

The balaclavas provide a small 5% damage reduction too.

Only balaclavas do now.
You can have 20 armor on your head, 50 on body and 15 on arms & legs.

Thief gear has the most space, Spec ops has the most protection. Military helmets along with nightvision and a balaclava are good.
