SCORPION-7 russian raboratory where is it?

I went free cam and its not outside of the map because when going up it is a different area with buildings and everthing but its all black and non textured also trees. There are no trees outside of map so how is the basement out side of map?

It teleports you to another dimension or server I'm pretty sure. You can go to scorpion 7 lab by doing the Soul Crystal Easter egg

If you were to zoom in into your map and press centre, the map will centre on somewhere near a firewatch tower. If you use freecam to fly out of the lab, everything is textured black, which is a darkness effect you experience in the St. Petersburg metro and soulcrystal lab. Also, if you were to shine a headlamp or torch upwards while in the lab, you can see a firewatch tower and trees, showing that you might be right under the playable area of Russia, just that the game hides your waypoint. However, if you were to walk to the exact area above the lab, you can't see the lab itself.

The Scorpion 7 lab in Russia is a part of the Soul Crystal quest.

You teleport there as per the quest line.

This has been known for awhile... but might be a spoiler for those that have yet to do the quest.
