Mad Scientist Googles are not replacing the NVG as a cosmetic

Pretty self explanatory, i got that googles on my cosmetic clothing and is still replaced when i pickup a pair of NVGs

NVG are made so that they always cover your cosmetics (mythicals are not affected). This is to prevent what i'd say would be P2W, as if cosmetic glasses could cover up NVG, it'd be harder to notice someone in the dead of night as you wouldn't be able to see their green/white of their NVG, so it's pretty balancing to have it like that.

It's good that they don't do anymore (though I swear, out of the times I've worn melting, glitched, and meta mythicals, I have never been spotted for some reason that I have no knowledge of).
