What is better spec ops vest or coalition vest?

Coalition vest has less armor but more slots
Spec ops vest has less slots but more armor and it camouflages better in any enviorement other than snow

They don't.

Spec Ops has 18 slots (6x3) while Coalition Vest as 20 slots (5x4)

No dah you can buy them from the liberator for I think it's 800 xp? But still yes the only con for spec ops is space and I just got a spec ops backpack on the same valk base run. So I litterally need the barret and shirt and I have the full outfit.
