Where does bicycle spawn?

Just want to find one on my single player save.

I searched all over russia map but I didn't find it. I did destroy every car I saw to cause it to have a high chance of spawning next time I have a supply run.

Good news it does in fact spawn in russia. It took forever to find it though. The tactic I used worked I destroyed every car in the map except the ones at my base and eventually it did spawn with a few extras such as the police helicopter, plane, and a lot of police cars.

Once again destroy all the vehicles in the except the ones in your base. Unturned scans all the vehicle spawns and if there is a certain amount of vehicles on spawns it won't spawn anymore vehicles. So destroying or moving cars will cause the game to spawn more vehicles upon reset.
