Spawn Items in Single Player?

Cant get it to work, I tried @give and /give whats the correct command?

and make sure the cheats box is ticked before you join a single player map

Before you enter the map, make sure you have cheats on

The correct command to spawn items is @give <itemid>/<amount> (2nd part is optional if you want more than one)

You can use /give too

@give or /give will work.


@give Garavar/ID
Is how you would type it. You can choose another username if on multiplayer to give the item to another player if you prefer. If on singleplayer, you don't need to include the name.

Thanks I didn't realize the cheats x had to be checked. Didn't know it was a cheat assumed it was just allowed to spawn in single-player since that's what people said

It's been too long since I've used it. I mostly play single player no cheats anymore.
