i've been searching campgrounds for 15 mins nothing

Continue searching. Diving Tanks, along with Snorkels are Rare items. It's all based upon your luck if you find the items or not.

I just spent all of my day searching for a diving tank, and no positive results came out.

And no one has found a diving tank in Germany.

The other day I joined a Germany server and came across a diving tank on my first loot trip. The rule of Unturned looting applies, "if you seek, you shall not find"

Of course you can find diving tanks, why couldn't you? I've found about 6 diving tanks in total by now, they're not that rare. Just search campgrounds like Stuttgart, and kill fisher and plaid shirt zombies as well.

Ya know I've noticed that! But if you arnt looking for a item you need and don't realize you need it yet you see tons of them!
