I don't think there is one, the key does not appear in your inventory like a normal item.

well then the only way is to go to prison.But how can more people have the key then?

theres no id for it, its just like the skeleton bones for the MK.2 quest

It's not an item. it most likely has a bool tied to it like If player has key (theoretically) you can open all cell doors if not, you can't and it stays in its place.

You have to find it. There is no ID to it as it is a bool. Thus, it isnt possible to give it to yourself.

If someone already took it, it doesn't matter. There's one for every player on the server.
