I think Mauve Berries will do it, along with Antibiotics and Vaccine (the green syringe)?
The Berries might give you a funny turn if your resistance skill isn't tuned up, though.

...Could very well be wrong, though. I play on Easy like the timid biddy I am, so I don't have that problem much. ^^'

Cough Syrup and Purification Tablets are pretty good and are very common in medical buildings.

Vaccine, Antibotics, Cough Syrup, Vitamins, Purification Tablets.

These are the one that can cure radiation.


They all spawn in the medical locations (like the military medical tents, hospitals, or pharemancy(cant spell that, but the building is colored bright taint blue))
